Marine admits hazing California Marine who committed suicide in Afghanistan

California Marine accused of hazing three days before he committed to Navy, one of a plea bargain, pleaded guilty Monday to charges as part of the attack. Exchange, other charges were dropped.

Lance Cpl. Jacob Jacoby admitted that he kicked, punched and lance Cpl. Harry Lew, since Lew kept falling out of uncontrolled anger while on guard duty in Afghanistan, according to the Associated Press.
Two other marines hazing Lew, who committed suicide on April 3, Helmand province, with an outpost of the accused. Santa Clara to 21-year-old Lew, was Congresswoman Judy Chu (D:-Monterey Park), the nephew.
Chu and the dead Marine's father, Allen Lew, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii on a military base to participate in the court proceeding. "I am sure that Harry would like for there to be justice," Chu told AP.
Lew with his machine gun to kill himself. The 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, was assigned to the Hawaii-based.
Lew and his arm before killing himself with a message scrawled: "I now hate the long run in May, but this was the right choice, I'm sorry about my mother's true .."
Jacoby has been announced for the punishment. The conference was a special military court, where the maximum punishment is one year imprisonment and worse - conduct discharge.
